Terms & Conditions – Casa Yolande
- Booking & Reservation
A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Casa Yolande and receipt of the required payment.
The maximum occupancy of the villa is 12 guests.
The minimum age of the person making the booking is 21 years.
- Prices and Payment
The rent rates are €1000 per night during the summer season and €750 per night during the off-season.
The summer season comprises the months May, June, July, August and September.
The off-season includes the remaining months.
The minimum stay is 6 nights.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the full rental amount has not been received 6 weeks prior to arrival, Casa Yolande reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
Final cleaning at the end of stay is included in the price.
- Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit of €2000 is required and will be collected one week prior to arrival. This deposit is intended to cover any damage caused during the stay. Additional cleaning costs may also be deducted from the deposit if the property is left in an excessively dirty condition.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has been reported or identified and no additional cleaning charges were required.
- Tourist Tax
Any applicable tourist tax must be paid in accordance with local municipal regulations.
- Cancellation by the Guest
If a booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival.
Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.
- Cancellation by the Owner
Casa Yolande reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, all amounts paid in respect of the booking will be refunded in full.
Casa Yolande shall have no further liability for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guests.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
All guests must present a valid form of identification for registration purposes, as required by Italian law.
- House Rules and Use of the Property
General
Guests are expected to respect the property, the neighbouring residents, and all applicable local regulations.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise is not permitted.
- Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted without prior written consent from Casa Yolande
- Unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
- Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
Use of the Property
- The villa, its furnishings, fixtures, appliances and equipment must be used with due care and attention.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is left in a good condition at the end of their stay.
Swimming pool and BBQ
- The swimming pool and barbecue facilities are used entirely at the guests’ own risk.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using the swimming pool.
Final Cleaning
- Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and orderly condition.
- The kitchen must be left clean.
- Refrigerators must be emptied before departure.
- All waste must be sorted and disposed of in accordance with the recycling instructions provided at the property.
Damages
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property, its contents, or equipment during their stay.
- Any damage must be reported to Casa Yolande without any delay.
Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for guests’ convenience.
- Availability, speed, and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
- Casa Yolande shall not liable for theft, loss of personal belongings, personal injury, accidents, or interruptions to utilities or services beyond its reasonable control.
Rural Environment
- The villa is located in a rural area.
- Insects, wildlife, and typical agricultural activities, and associated noises are a normal part of the local environment and do not constitute grounds for complaint or compensation.
Privacy
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
Website Information
- Photographs, descriptions, and prices are provided in good faith.
- Casa Yolande reserves the right to correct omissions and inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
- Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
